This cover results from a creative process in which I merged Gen AI with digital collage techniques.

Every visual element, except for the typography, was created using Midjourney, then refined and assembled in Photoshop to achieve a harmonious and detail-rich composition.

Both the geisha and the kimono were created using Midjourney. The former is a full image, while the kimono is a digital collage composed of patterns generated with Midjourney’s --tile parameter, inspired by Klimt’s art. I then added details to the background using Procreate and finalized the typography in InDesign.

With this project, I wanted to use AI not just to create a single image, but as the starting point for a more complex and layered design process.
